EDAFE UMUKORO – ED FINANCE & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Edafe Umukoro is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant and seasoned Finance Executive with over 25 years of experience in corporate planning, financial management, and commercially driven strategy within multinational environments. He has held senior leadership roles at Coca-Cola HBC, SC Johnson and Mondelez International (Cadbury West Africa). He has provided finance leadership at both country and cluster levels across Nigeria, Ghana, and French West Africa, driving corporate planning, performance optimization, and major acquisition integrations, including the KIWI and BAYGON brand expansions at SC Johnson. At the Group Office of Coca-Cola HBC in Athens, he supervised annual capital budgets averaging €300 million across 23 countries. He later served as Finance Director for Nigeria at Raremax Alliance Group before transitioning into project finance consulting. He currently leads financial strategy for AGES Independent Power Plant Ltd, pioneering their Gas Refinery Project in the Niger Delta region of Nigeria. His expertise spans strategic finance execution, business turnaround, treasury management, change leadership, and cross-functional business partnering, consistently translating corporate strategy into measurable business results.
