ENGR. GERMAN VICTOR – ED TECHNICAL
Engr. German Victor is a Petroleum Engineer and Gas Commercial Specialist with over 27 years of experience across upstream, midstream and downstream gas operations in Nigeria and West Africa. His background includes 14 years at Shell Petroleum Development Company Limited (SPDC) managing domestic and export gas co-ordination and contracts, including West African Gas Pipeline (WAGP) projects to Benin Republic, Togo and Ghana. His other experience includes the SPDCs Escravos Lagos Pipeline System (ELPS) gas agreements, gas quality compliance, volume reconciliation, SPDC-W Associated Gas compressor resuscitation and gas allocation, and commercial operations reporting for Shell west. He has led gas sales agreement execution, managed Gas Sales & Purchase Agreements (GSPA), and coordinated multi-party engagements involving producers, regulators, and off-takers. He also served as a Senior Manager, Gas Supply at Notore Chemical Industries Limited, Onne, Nigeria overseeing gas availability strategy, contract management with gas producers, supply optimization, calorific value compliance, and corporate emergency response planning. He has also led LPG processing infrastructure development and regulatory engagement for large-scale gas projects. Engr. Victor German also served as a Board of Trustee (BOT) member in the Chevron Nigeria Limited (Petroleum Industries Act (PIA) - Host Communities Development Trust (HCDT) on projects implementation of Chevron operational areas communities. He is currently serving as the Executive Director- Technical for Ages Independent Power Plant Limited.
